Right now I.C.P. is in the process of being formed. There are no rules, regulations, fixed aims, elected officials, established procedures or even an informal plan on how we might help to the end the mayhem of Prohibition. Everything is up for grabs meaning that if you want to do something then speak up and we’ll do whatever we can to support you.

There is however a formal plan on how we might successfully form a new political party.

1. First we need to attract over 300 active members.
2. Then we need to hold a National Convention.
3. At that Convention we must adopt a Party Constitution and elect Party officials.

Those officials will then be responsible for the application for recognition as an official political party.
